AFG-2100/2000 series arbitrary waveform signal generator is an arbitrary waveform based on DDS technology, covering sine wave, square wave, triangle wave, noise wave and 20MSA/s sampling rate. The resolution of 0.1Hz and the adjustable duty cycle function of 1%~99% square wave (pulse wave) greatly expand its application range.

The AFG-2100/2000 series includes six models, 5MHz/12MHz/25MHz. In addition, the AFG-2100 series also provides AM/FM/FSK modulation, scanning and frequency counter functions. In the parameter setting, the fully digital operation design is adopted, and the 3.5 '' three-color LCD display can clearly display the set parameter content. The whole series is equipped with USB Device interface. Users can not only control remotely, but also import waveform data from PC.

Built-in arbitrary wave function

The AFG-2100/2000 series provides arbitrary wave editing function of 20MSa/s sampling rate, 10-bit vertical resolution and 4k point recording length. Users can edit any wave through panel settings or using the exclusive waveform editing software.

Amplitude and DC bias display function

In addition to setting parameters, AFG-2100/2000 also displays voltage amplitude and DC bias reading value on LCD screen. Three amplitude units, Vpp, Vrms and dBm, are available for user selection and replacement.

Wide square wave adjustable duty cycle

The square wave duty cycle provided by AFG-2100/2000 series can be set at 1%~99%. With this function, the pulse waveform can be simulated as a sudden wave or transient signal.

AM/FM/FSK, Sweep, Counter functions (only AFG-2100 series)

The AFG-2100 series has built-in AM/FM/FSK modulation modes, waveform scanning and frequency counter functions. The 150MHz frequency counting function saves the cost of purchasing additional counters.

Full digital key design

The full digital key design of AFG-2100/2000 series improves the uncertainty of traditional signal generator settings and significantly increases the accuracy of waveform output. The 3.5 '' LCD screen is convenient for users to observe parameter changes during adjustment.
