3. Operation
3.1. Positive pressure detection
Press the switch in, unscrew the plugs on the output 1, output 2, and output 3 connectors, connect the standard meter and the tested meter, open the regulator valve, adjust the fine adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), and close the air valve . For example, the pressure range is -0.095~6MPa when the operating lever is pressurized to 4~5MPa, use fine-tuning to adjust the pressure to about 6.5MPa, stabilize for 1~2 minutes, use fine-tuning to the verification point, close the pressure regulator, and check point by point. 3.2. Negative pressure detection
Pull out the switch, unscrew the plugs on the output 1 and output 2 connectors, connect the standard meter and the tested meter, open the pressure regulator valve, adjust the fine adjustment to the appropriate position (middle position), and close the empty valve. The operating lever is vacuumed when the pressure reaches about -0.095MPa. Stabilize for 1 to 2 minutes, use fine-tuning to adjust to the verification point, close the regulator valve, and detect point by point to zero.
3.3. In the high pressure state, when the pressure drops slowly, close the pressure regulator valve. (First, fine-tune the pressure to about -0.1MPa, and then slowly adjust to -0.095MPa after 1~2 minutes of stabilization)
4. Matters needing attention
4.1 The inspection table should be placed on a flat and easy-to-operate table to avoid entering the environment with highly corrosive gas and dust particles.
4.2 The inspected instrument should be properly cleaned to prevent dirt from entering the detection loop. ,
4.3 The output 1 and output 2 nozzles are dedicated quick connectors, and the end faces are sealed.
