Product Introduction
ETCR3670/ETCR3660 Transformer DC Resistance Tester is used to quickly measure the DC resistance of various transformer windings. Semi-fnished products and finished product factory test, installation, handover test and preventive test of the power department in transformer manufacturing are mandatory test items, and the tester can effectively find the material selection, welding, loose connection parts, lack of shares, broken wires and other manufacturing defects and hidden dangers after operation of transformer windings.
ETCR3670 Transformer DC Resistance Tester consist of host, test line, temperature sensor and USB communication line, etc. The instrument adopt with the microprocessor technology and precision 4-wire method to test, accurate and reliable. The instrument with two power supply mode AC 200V and large capacity lithium battery, two measurement mode automatic measurement and manual measurement. The instrument has the function of converting resistance at 75ºC to compensate for the temperature and material of the test product. The instrument adopt with 5 inch full-color high definition touch screen with backlight adjustment function, which is clearly visible under strong light, also equipped with waterproof protective box, which is anti-collision, anti-fall, waterproof, strong, safe and durable.
